US Launch of the Ruskin School Alumni Society

On Thursday 8 April Ruskin School alumni gathered at Simon Preston Gallery, New York to celebrate the launch of the US branch of the society.
This event, attended by around 30 alumni, followed on from the successful UK launch at the Saatchi Gallery, London earlier this year. Professor Brian Catling and Simon Preston addressed the alumni, speaking about the work and future of the School. Some of the guests included students who studied Fine Art at Oxford under the GI Bill in the 1950s, reunited for the first time, along with others spanning the decades since, including a small group from the 1980s.
