Short-listing Results
All of the portfolios submitted in this year’s Admissions Process have now been reviewed by the Ruskin tutors. The results have been distributed to our affiliated colleges.
If you have been short-listed, we are anticipating that you will leave your portfolio at the Ruskin until after the interviews that take place in Oxford in early December. You are also invited to bring along new work for your interview and then take this, and your portfolio, away with you afterwards.
For those candidates who were not short-listed, you are welcome to collect your work between Monday-Friday from 74 High Street, Oxford, OX1 4BG. Times for collection are 9.30 am - 5pm. Please contact us in advance of your arrival, in order that we may collect your portfolio from the storage rooms.
If a courier company is booked to collect your portfolio, it is important that we are informed in advance AND that the courier company are given your name, not just the delivery address. We cannot release any portfolio to a courier company without that information.

If you have not yet received notification of your results, you should contact the college you applied to, and they will confirm whether or not you were short-listed.
