Mark Hathaway
As the Ruskin’s Administrator and Secretary I manage its student administration, finance, premises, committee structure and all non-academic staff. Previously, I was employed in similar roles at Artsadmin, the Institute of International Visual Arts (Iniva) and Visiting Arts, and was Assistant Registrar at the Courtauld Institute of Art.
I studied modern history at Swansea, Birkbeck College and Oxford - a long time ago. Of greater relevance for the Ruskin are the opportunities I have had to work with many established curator-producers and contemporary artists, including Franko B, David A Bailey, Bobby Baker, Anne Bean, Richard DeDomenici, DV8 Physical Theatre, Manick Govinda, Judith Knight, Hew Locke, Mem Morrison, Keith Piper and Gary Stevens.
